Face it. There are literally dozens of wonderfully comprehensive websites filled with information about birds. The last thing we need is another one that tries to be everything for everyone right?
Instead this website will focus on bird watching around the magnificent Badger State, and in particular; all of the wonderful birding opportunities in southeastern Wisconsin. Enjoy!

Bird watching is not only for the elite, wizened and/or wealthy; it is for
all of us. Citizen scientists are everywhere regardless of experience,
priviledge or social status. All it takes to enjoy bird life is a
sense of hearing and or sight, coupled with a childlike sense of wonder.
Don't let the so-called, self-appointed experts rob you of discovery,
contribution, or joy - I am not a member of the "birding establishment" and neither
should you be. Listen, watch, and be amazed. Get excited and tell someone
about your sighting, record it, learn from it, repeat it, and/or simply marvel
at the miracle.
